Welcome to week 12 of Talkin' Tattoos Tuesday! I did an intro post where I explained my goal in posting these every week and how you can submit your photo to be featured. Check out the post if you need to refresh your memory. Since I've went through all my tattoos, now I'll be sharing photos I've found online, and the occasional viewer submission when they come in.
I don't know if the story behind this tattoo is true, but its neat so I thought it would be cute to share on here!
I saw this picture a few months ago on Facebook from The Tattoo Page.
The story is as follows....
A bi-racal teenage boy wanted a tattoo. After talking with his parents they decided it was ok. Supposedly he got a specific barcode on his wrist and when scanned it rings up Oreo Cookies. It's a little hard to see on the machine in the picture but if you turn your computer a couple different ways you'll see it pop up.
I do think this is a very unique tattoo and I even chuckled when I first read it. I do wonder if at some point in time that barcode will be assigned to something else and no longer scan to Oreo's. Non the less, if the story is true, I do think its interesting and the picture speaks a thousand words (to me)
