talkin' tattoos tuesday: week 21

Welcome to week 21 of Talkin' Tattoos Tuesday! I did an intro post where I explained my goal in posting these every week and how you can submit your photo to be featured. Check out the post if you need to refresh your memory. Since I've went through all my tattoos, now I'll be sharing photos I've found online, and the occasional viewer submission when they come in.

I have one wrist tattoo, and have thought about getting my right wrist done for a while. The image above caught my eye because it's so simple, but pretty and feminine at the same time.

Love is a powerful word. It can mean a lot to people and it just sticks with me in this image. When I see this image I think of my family and the love I have for them, and it makes me want to capture that with a tattoo.

I feel that most of my tattoos have to have a meaning behind them in order to justify getting them. While not every single tattoo I have means something specific, I like the feeling that in 50 yrs when I have grand kids and am an old wrinkly woman, I can still stand behind the meanings of my tattoos and why I got them so young.

I have no idea what I'd get on my right wrist if I decide to add in the future, but I do like something like this as a reference. Of maybe the ILY sign language symbol? I'm going to look that up now! Maybe you'll see it next week if I can find one as a tattoo ;)

What kind of wrist tattoos do you have?
