After learning about Baby Bump Bundle from another blog they were featured on, I thought I'd take my chances at contacting them. I had just began my 2nd trimester so it was a perfect time to get in contact with their company on a review. Luckily they agreed, and I was excited to receive the bundle and start the reviewing!
Items in my bundle minus the shirt
Everything came wrapped nicely in pink and blue tissue paper and safely so nothing got crushed in the mail while on its way. I have sciatic nerve issues with each pregnancy, and this bundle couldn't have come at a better time!
I was very excited to use the Bella B bath powder. My husband works long hours and is gone a lot and sometimes the momma stress can really pile on, so the same night as my package arrived, I drew a nice bath in my garden tub and put in a couple scoops of the powder to let it work its magic!
After our girls went down for the night, I quickly filled up my tub with nice warm water and watched as my water turned yellow because of the powders. As the bath filled, the pieces dissolved, and I was left with a great smelling tub of water and a time to gather my thoughts and enjoy the soak.
After about 30 minutes, I drained the water and took a shower. Afterwards I felt so relaxed and some what tired. Now that could be because of all I do in a day, but I honestly feel like the soak helped as well with the process. My skin felt smooth and soft, and I slept great that night!
I've played around with the amount of scoops to use and I think 3 is great. I've used the powder several times and feel great after each soak, so with a bad back while pregnant, its a great solution to relieve some stress and pressure from my nerve.
Next, I want to showcase the Ingrid & Isabel Camisole. This Everday Cami comes in three sizes and is made to accommodate mom's growing belly and beyond!
Since I'm a plus size woman, I like to have layers. I prefer to wear a tank/cami under most of my shirts and this Camisole is just another great item to add to my collection. This shirt fits very snug, yet feels light and breezy. Since these cami's are 91% nylon and 9% spandex, its sure to hug in all the right places, while still having give as you grow and expand through out your pregnancy and postpartum. I was surprised at the length since most shirts don't go past my hips, but Ingrid & Isabel Camisoles are made to be extra long so no matter how big you get in your pregnancy, it will still fit.
Next up we'll talk about the sonogram magnet frame! I thought this was a really cute idea to showcase the only picture of our little bundle we'll have until she makes her grand debut in December. I thought the idea of the photo on the belly was a super cute idea, and sweet little saying surrounding the lady add a special touch with pops of color and cute text.
On the left you see my sonogram photo and on the right is the stock image they put in the frame as an example piece. I took this image because you can see by my picture in the frame, that it will work best if the image of the baby is pretty big and bright. All my children's sonogram's are around the 16 depth mark (as you see in the bottom corner of the above image) so it looks a little off to me when in the frame.
I think if you have access to a printer, it would easily work by blowing up the image to a wallet or 4x6 and getting the baby's profile exactly where you want it for all to see while this cute frame hangs on the fridge.
Next is the company JoJo and their "bling" earrings. Personally I can't review these because I have gauged ear lobs so I obviously can't wear regular earrings, but I also have sensitive ears and earrings have always been a hit and miss with me from childhood until I started gauging. I will say that this company hand crafts their earrings in Boston, MA and using Swarovski crystal earrings and are then handset in to sterling silver posts.
Last but not least is the Mama-To-Be Tea Sampler pack from Earth Mama Angel Baby. This company offers herbal teas with minerals and vitamins to help calm us mommies to be. They offer a variety of teas to choose from when it comes to pregnancy, post pregnancy, and even breastfeeding.
You can purchase several different bundles via the Baby Bump Bundle website. They have different trimester bundles, a baby bundle, a breastfeeding bundle, and even a special to purchase all 3 trimester bundles together. They also offer free shipping with each order!
