Talkin' Tattoos Tuesday: week 28

Welcome to week 28 of Talkin' Tattoos Tuesday! I did an intro post where I explained my goal in posting these every week and how you can submit your photo to be featured. Check out the post if you need to refresh your memory. Since I've went through all my tattoos, now I'll be sharing photos I've found online, and the occasional viewer submission when they come in.

While I love seeing portraits and realistic pieces on people, they don't always look good. When I saw this in my newsfeed, I was drawn in to look and stare at all the features this tattoo has to offer.

I was immediately drawn to the eyes on this piece. With the extra white around the pupils, it really makes them pop and appear like they've come to life. I feel if I stare too long that they're staring back at me and I get a little creeped out.

The details on this tattoo are so amazing. The nose and teeth blow me away. There's JUST ENOUGH shadow on the front of the nose to make it look realistic and flat on the end like some noses are. If you look at the teeth you can see the little shadows of where they come together, and then the white in the corners gives it the extra flair to make it look like light is bouncing off the teeth as they glisten.

While I'm not a fan of the lace or whatever on the forehead, I think it really pulls the look together because she seems so elegant and beautiful. While the neck also has definition, I'm not a fan of it either because TO ME it looks a little weird under the jaw area.

I don't really share portraits on here. Anyone have one they'd like to feature?!
