The Beatrix Girls Review *Holiday Gift Guide*

Thank you Beatrix Girls for the items to help with this review

As we approach the upcoming Holiday season, Mama's Baby Cupcakes has teamed up with several companies we think would be a great fit to purchase/wear/give to others in the upcoming months. Thanks to each and every sponsor showcased in our Holiday Gift Guide, and if you see the cute button above then you know its Holiday approved!

The Beatrix Girls have developed a well-rounded entertainment property with original music, innovative webisodes, and an integrated digital presence. We worked with leading animation designers and top doll sculptors to re-imagine the look of the Rock Star Dolls. The Beatrix Girls’ larger than life personalities are reflected through their large heads, abundant hair and hyper-stylized design

Our oldest daughter is really in to dolls. She also loves all aspects of music, so when I saw this particular Ainsley Doll from The Beatrix Girls, I knew it would be perfect for her. Since Madison has blonde hair and blue eyes, I chose the Ainsley doll for looks and the fun drum kit she came with.

I was pleasantly surprised when this doll arrived in the mail. She's not as small as I assumed she'd be which made me happy, and she doesn't have many small parts. Height for this doll is 12" and along with the doll, you get the drum set and a stand for her. It does come with very small drum sticks which wouldn't be good for small children, and they recommend for ages 6 years and up. She's very light weight at about 1/2 a pound, and is 1 of 4 dolls in the collection.

There's 4 dolls total in this collection, retailing for about $20 depending on where you purchase. You can find them online from places like Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, and even Amazon. They're pretty pricey on Amazon but if you have Prime, they're half off plus free shipping so you'd be saving a little there.

While I've put this toy back for Christmas, I did take her out of the packing to play with her a little and get a feel for the toy, and over all I think all our girls will love her! I see adding more to our collection in the coming months and our girls making a little rock band.
