FabKids December Box Review

Thanks to Fab Kids for the outfit to help with this review

FabKids was founded to empower boys and girls to express their individuality through personalized outfits while revolutionizing the shopping experience for moms and dads by delivering high-quality, reasonably priced, fresh style in just ‘one-click.'

While we have four children and can pass down clothing as the girls' age, our oldest daughter Madison is always in need of clothes as she ages. I was so happy to work with FabKids because the thought of a full outfit for $30, shipped right to your door once a month was so appealing to me. For December I chose the look above for Madison because it is cute, casual, and comfortable for her long days at school. While the jeggings appear to be a capri type style on the model, we've had an unusually "warm" December, and then I knew they would still fit come Spring time.

This "Fun Play Outfit" is really cute in person. I wasn't 100% sure about the yellow on the bottom of the shirt, but over all thought it was cute enough to have in Madison's wardrobe, and it looks better on her than I thought it would. They accidentally sent a size XL in the pants, so they're a little big, but I think after a couple times being worn, washed, and dried that they'll start fitting a little better. I know for sure since they're a size bigger than I wanted that they'll fit her for a long time and will be great with a variety of shirts or dresses, and even during the summer before it gets really hot because they're light weight.

She wasn't too thrilled for pictures due to being sick, but she let me snap this one to show the outfit on. I got a size Large in the shirt instead of our normal Medium because she's growing again. I wanted to ensure it was a little big so I could wash and dry it and it still fit well and last for several months before growing out of it. Like I said above, the pants are currently too big so they look baggy in the photo, but laundering them will help a lot and she still likes wearing them. FabKids is a favorite for her and she loves getting the package each month because to her, each outfit is a surprise until she sees it in person.

During Black Friday/Cyber Monday FabKids was having an amazing sale that I shared on Facebook & Instagram. I got McKenzie the "Purple Tough Cookie Outfit" for just $5 shipped and I think it looks so cute on her! It's feux leather and several layers of tulle to make the skirt, and I chose the the purple leggings because they're her favorite color. Since she's not too girly, she found herself getting stuck on the dress a lot and this will probably end up in Madison's closet at some point because its a Medium and a size they can both wear. While I'm sure McKenzie will want to wear it from time to time, dresses are more Madison's style vs McKenzie so next time I'll get her pants!
