Welcome to week 97 of Talkin' Tattoos Tuesday! I did an intro post where I explained my goal in posting these every week and how you can submit your photo to be featured. Check out the post if you need to refresh your memory. Since I've went through all my tattoos, now I'll be sharing photos I've found online, and the occasional viewer submission when they come in.
While I cannot recall where I first saw this photo, it's been on my computer for a long time. I've seen arts and crafts posts with this idea of butterflies and childrens' foot prints, but a tattoo version takes it to a whole new level.
I like butterflies and especially when they're in tattoo form. Seeing the details people can make amazes me. Something like this for a tattoo is cute because it changes the normal flair of foot print tattoos, and its a creative way to express love for your children.
I always wish I could go back in time and not get my back piece in order to have more years to think about it and get something else to represent my girls, and this is just another example of that.
I do like the thought of having our girls' foot prints tattooed on me, but I've never found a reference photo I really fell in love with and thought "THAT'S IT! THAT'S WHAT I WANT!"
While I like this tattoo, I don't know if it would be something I would personally do, but never say never! This makes me want to research ideas and see if I can come up with a creative way to showcase my girls' tiny little feet in a way that will stay with me forever!
