Zookaboo Wristlet Review

I received products for free in exchange for a review. All thoughts/opinions are my own!

Michele, a former school teacher, is a stay at home mother of two and started her company after wanting something fun to do in her spare time with at home with the kiddos. Cloth diaper covers seemed to be the obvious choice since her family used cloth, and thus Zookaboo was formed! She's since grown her business to include other items such as wristlets, snack bags, pants, and much more.

I'm not in to purses that much. I used them the most when our girls were small and they turned in to diaper bags, but other then that, I just carry my wallet in my back pocket. Since I first found Zookaboo a couple years ago, I've watched her business grow from just cloth diaper covers to many items, and when I found this amazing print for a wristlet, I fell in love and had to have it!
Retailing on her website for $25, I requested it look just like her photo, except a pink wrist piece and she delivered! The wrist piece can come off if you choose, there's full zipper to keep everything inside, and there's even a pocket on the inside for small things like change.

I couldn't help but chuckle at her adorable logo stitched on the inside. I love the eyes for the O's because it's so fun and really stands out among other companies.

Since I only carry a small wallet and my iPhone, this wristlet is perfect for me. Since I have this to carry, I find myself sticking my sunglasses in it and carrying my special Jamberry pen around in case I need to write anything down quickly. I forget sometimes the things I feel like carrying so it's been nice to have the option to not stuff my keys, wallet, and phone all in my back pockets and hope nothing falls out. It's very light weight and easy to carry around for a while and yet it doesn't bother you.

Again, this wristlet retails for $25 on the Zookaboo website, and she also has several other prints to choose from, along with tons of patterns you could ask about if something catches your eye. When you look under the wristlet section, there's over a dozen choices and they range in price from $20-$25. This style measures approximately 9" by 5" and features curved edges. The handle on this style measures approximately 6 inches and detaches so that you can use it as a clutch.

All clutches are handmade with 100% cotton, they're great for quick trips to the store, or every day use when you don't want to use a purse. Ranging in use from tweens to adults, they're great for any one that wants to carry something more custom and better fit for their own style.
