B Toys Teepee for Kids *Holiday Gift Guide*

I received products for free in exchange for a review. All thoughts/opinions are my own!

As we approach the upcoming Holiday season, Mama's Baby Cupcakes has teamed up with several companies we think would be a great fit to purchase/wear/give to others in the upcoming months. Thanks to each and every sponsor showcased in our Holiday Gift Guide, and if you see the cute button above then you know its Holiday approved!

B. ready for the unexpected. You’re right. The colors are a little different. We don’t spend a lot of time thinking about how things are supposed to be. Instead, we create toys that inspire individuality. The designs don’t line up with mathematical precision. The look, feel and function are inspired by the world around us. By our children’s faces. Our dreams. Our own childhoods. Our travels. By Peruvian textiles and New England foliage. By a pretty bar of soap that gave us a moment of delight.

As the colder weather approaches, we're always finding new indoor things to do with our children. Besides tablets, computers, or television, sometimes our kids get bored of normal play, so I thought a teepee would be a fun way for them to play, be imaginative, and be creative with their surroundings. Since we have all girls, I chose the pretty raspberry color you see above because of the bright pinks and purples, and fun over all look.

Over all the parts with this teepee are very simple. It comes with of course the material, the neat light up lamp, and the the poles to stand it up. It took my husband about 10 minutes to get it together because of figuring out which poles go where and such, but it wasn't too bad.

I really like the height of the teepee at the middle because our oldest daughter is almost eight years old now so I didn't want her to be too crowded. She can stand up tall in the middle with no issues and the base is bigger than I expected so all four of our girls can get inside comfortably with no issues! I like that the flaps can tie back or shut because sometimes its easier to have them tied for our youngest daughter, but I think it looks nice when not in use fully closed off.

When we first set up the teepee, our kids seemed to enjoy watching morning cartoons from it because they couldn't get enough! Since our oldest two are in school full time, it was especially apparent with them since they're gone most of the day.

When it comes to the girls, they get a lot of time with the teepee, enjoying pretend play or trying to be sneaky, so I would highly recommend this as an option for the holidays or a birthday. It's reasonably priced at $39.99 on the Target website, and it comes in two colors.

The light up feature is great to have, but I'll warn that if they pull too hard you'll have issues. Luckily the string is made to snap off so I have to put it back on every now and then, but over all it's not something they use a lot because it's hard for them.

You can also search your zipcode/state to find boutiques and speciality stores that may carry this Teepee in stores. It pops up Targets that carry it as well so it's a better way to look instead of hunting around.
