LuLaRoe is a fashion brand that specializes in women's and girls skirts, dresses and leggings. They also offer different kinds of shirts, kimonos, and more. They have nice solid prints, funky fun patterns, and sweet simple patterns to choose from.
Now that we're in to March, soon we'll see consistent days or warm weather, sunshine, and fun outside with our kids. Of course that means it's time to shift around the wardrobe in my closet and tuck back all my Winter clothes for my fabulous LuLaRoe collection of leggings, tops, and now... the addition of a beautiful Amelia dress!
I was first introduced to this company back in October when Michelle received some items for the first time. We talked about it, joined some groups, and soon I started making my own collection of leggings. Since the prints are always changing, its a fun way to keep your wardrobe fun and fresh, with a wide variety of items no matter if it's a couple outfits or weeks worth all hanging in your closet!
I love a good dress every once in a while, and so I was excited to try an Amelia from LuLaRoe. I'd always admired the over all look and how easily you can change it up with different belts, shoes, and jewelry, but the fact that it can be worn backwards was very intriguing. My son is currently 14 months old and still breastfeeds, so my clothing can be very limited since I need to feed him on demand, but with the Amelia I can feel cute and it becomes very breastfeeding friendly. With the zipper option in front, you just put it at whatever height you prefer and then fold the ends underneath to create a v-neck. It stays in place and changes the whole look in a few quick seconds! I'm wearing a 2x Amelia and I can also wear an XL after a recent in home party I attended. While there's slight differences in over all fit, I would say they're true to size and your preference is the main thing in choosing a tighter or looser fit for clothes.
The Classic T is a great light weight option for all year around, but especially Spring when it's not too hot, not too cold. I'm reviewing a 2x above and while it's a little bigger then I'd like in the stomach, it looks great with jeans or leggings. A belt to cinch in the waist adds a nice touch and some definition to your curves while looking super cute and fun. I would say these T's are "true to size" and I could easily wear an XL comfortably as well as 2x.
Leggings are what got me hooked! Available in two kids sizes, tween, one size, and tall & curvy, there's a wide variety of sizes to fit everyone's needs. The adult sizes being one size and tall & curvy fit typical body sizes of 0-12 (OS) and then 12-22 (T&C). If you're petite, you could even try tween as an adult, but finding an in home party is always the best way to ensure a size over all to be able to shop online. I personally wear the tall & curvy size leggings and they fit great on me. While I'm not pregnant, Michelle is and always has LLR leggings on when I see her. They're very stretchy and have a lot of give to be able to adjust to a variety of sizes for different women, but I know with my post baby body and eventually when I have another child, I'll always be able to wear my leggings on comfort which makes them well worth the over all price of $25. Kids and Tween leggings are a couple dollars less if you're looking in to those as well.
Also available to purchase from LuLaRoe is skirts, dresses, kid's items, other shirts, and always a lot of variety!
