I've been a long time fan of LuLaRoe Stacey Hickey and her VIP group, so I was thrilled at the chance to work together on some pieces and start trying to get an idea of what I could pair together for Fall! While I first found LuLaRoe last October, I didn't wear it near as much and even for the first couple months I just wore my Irma with skinny jeans. I didn't really invest more time and energy in to full outfits until around December when I was using LuLaRoe for matertiny wear, so I am thrilled this Fall to pair stuff with scarves, boots, sweaters, and any accessory I can make look good!
The biggest thing I love about LuLaRoe is the versatility the clothing offers. You can wear one item so many different ways, appearing as though you have much more in your closet then you do. Now with Fall sneaking its way in, I'm learning more about how to change up my looks to still wear my favorite pieces, but stay warm at the same time.
While my prints or colors may not be "in season" I wear what I love vs what the hottest color is, but I knew a gray top would be perfect for neutral outfits. I tend to wear a solid top and crazy leggings so this slate gray was a must Irma! I love the Irma because it's a high low over-sized top that allows for full coverage in the back with leggings while giving you a nice flow and comfy look. When I was pregnant I wore my true size Irma which is a Medium, but I've been playing more with sizing and I really love the X-Large which is this gray. It allows me several looks and fun flair like the side knot with skinny jeans, but yet keeps me covered in leggings. I think I prefer the over sized look better because it hides problem areas and things like bloating us women have to suffer with, but yet I can still feel good and confident while out and about.
I fell in love with LuLaRoe last Fall, but the leggings is where it starts for most. I've always hated jeans but wore them because I didn't know of other options, but now leggings is all I wear. Before the photo above in skinny jeans, I hadn't worn them in almost a year! I own several dozen leggings, and had my eye on this cute arrows for some time. I saw them in Stacey Hickey's pop ups time and time again, but always being a bad time for me to try to buy, but now they're one of my favorite pairs! I love the versatility offered with leggings, and this particular pair is a perfect example because I've worn them with my Irma and a Carly swing dress. Both look great, both are fun, both are perfect for Fall! Leggings can go with literally anything you choose and I tend to then sleep in them at night because it's like buttery softness hugging your body while you sleep.
This Fall I'm all about the cover ups! I do not like jackets, and sweatshirts just mess up the hair, so layering is key! LuLaRoe is all about keeping you fashionable, even when weather isn't at its ideal warmess, so I love that the Lindsay comes in different fabrics and materials. You can get a light weight Kimono like I have where I can feel a small breeze, or one of their sweater like materials that are thicker and still offer the great patterns or colors no matter the size or make.
Just like most styles, the Lindsay can be dressed up or down and worn for any occasion. Pair it with a Carly swing dress, skinny jeans, or leggings, it can add just the right touch to finish off an outfit for the day. Wear to the grocery store, a night out with the husband, or even to your cold work place, check out Stacey's group for a lot of different styles, sizes, and varieties of prints and solids in all her inventory!
